Enthusiastic UII (Year 4) and LIII (Year 5) girls had an enjoyable day at Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre in Harefield on Friday 20 March. It was a day that tested their ability to work together as a team as they completed a number problem solving challenges and had an introduction to sailing on the lake. Luckily the weather was perfect for being outside; sunny, warm, with a little breeze.

Eden Project - 12/03/09 - 14/03/09

In mid-March 42 excited girls in UIV, along with four members of staff made the trip down to Cornwall to visit the Eden Project where they experienced Rainforest and Mediterranean climates maintained in the imposing biome structures. As well as learning about the many uses of a variety of unusual plants the girls also had the chance to consider the concept of "Fair Trade".
