Year 7 Visit to St Albans Cathedral - 02/10/09
On Friday 2 October Year 7 (LIV) girls thoroughly enjoyed their first Pipers Corner RS visit to St Albans Cathedral.


Year 8 trip to Neasden Temple - 24/09/09
On an unseasonably warm September day all the girls in Year 8 (MIV) had the opportunity to visit the amazing Hindu temple at Neasden.


Pre-Prep go on Safari - 22/06/09
On Monday 22 June 2009 the whole of Pre-Prep enjoyed a visit to Woburn Safari Park. The girls saw a variety of animals including lions, tigers, monkeys, penguins, giraffes, camels and zebras!


Boarders' trip to GO APE - 06/06/09
On Saturday 6 June, the boarders and several day girls channelled energy from the gorilla kingdom when they attended the high wire ropes course GO APE in Wendover Forest.


River Exploration - 08/05/09
On Friday 8 May‚ UII (Year 4) went to Mop End Field centre and the River Chess to carry out field work on rivers. It was extremely interesting to discover first-hand how a river changes along its course.


Boarders' trip to the London Dungeons - 22/03/09
Boarders from Pipers Corner enjoyed a day of fun and scary stories as they went on a visit to the London Dungeons.


Outdoor Activity Day - 20/03/09
Enthusiastic UII (Year 4) and LIII (Year 5) girls had an enjoyable day at Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre in Harefield on Friday 20 March. It was a day that tested their ability to work together as a team as they completed a number problem solving challenges and had an introduction to sailing on the lake. Luckily the weather was perfect for being outside; sunny, warm, with a little breeze.


Eden Project - 12/03/09 - 14/03/09
In mid-March 42 excited girls in UIV, along with four members of staff made the trip down to Cornwall to visit the Eden Project where they experienced Rainforest and Mediterranean climates maintained in the imposing biome structures. As well as learning about the many uses of a variety of unusual plants the girls also had the chance to consider the concept of "Fair Trade".
